Agreement

By using XPilot (the website at xpilot.so and the Chrome extension), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

XPilot is an early product that gamifies your activity on X with XP, levels, and streaks. Features may change, break, or be discontinued without notice while we iterate.

Accounts

You sign in with your X account. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to that X account secure. You must be allowed to use X and to authorize third-party apps under X's own terms.

Acceptable use

• Use XPilot only for lawful purposes
• Do not attempt to abuse, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the service
• Do not attempt to inflate XP or streaks through automated fraud
• Do not use the service in a way that violates X's terms or applicable law

Not affiliated with X

XPilot is an independent project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by X Corp. or Twitter. "X" and related marks belong to their respective owners.

Privacy

Our collection and use of information is described in the Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, accurate XP calculations, or that the extension will continue to work if X changes its product.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, XPilot and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service.

Termination

You may stop using XPilot at any time by signing out and uninstalling the extension. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated or if we discontinue the product.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date will change when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
